Brand new iPhone 4s 16 gb in black with one year warranty ?

The phone still has the rare and front apple protection film on and comes with one year warranty. Never been used and only turned on to activate it. The original network is Vodafone uk but I tried O2 and Tmobile sims and it works with them so I assume it is unlocked. I am selling just the phone and no box or accessories are included.
