Brand new iPhone 3GS 8gb, straight from the Apple store ?

Brand new boxed iphone 3GS 8GB for sale, straight from the Apple store. My own iphone 3GS 8gb has broken and Apple has offered to replace it with a new one with a 3 month warranty. I assume this means it will be unlocked to any network, and Apple may insist on opening the box (as they do) when they give me the replacement. I will sell the new unused iphone 3GS straight from the Apple store. If you have a colour preference, please let me know. Collection can be arranged in Leeds or Manchester city centre.
